Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA Hospitality team continues its strategic expansion across Europe by entering the Spanish market with the recruitment of the entire senior team of Magma Hospitality Consulting, a leading independent advisor to the hotel sector in Spain.
Magma Hospitality Consulting founding partners Albert Grau and Bruno Hallé join as Co-Heads of Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality Spain, with two Senior Consultants, Marga Claret and Anna Rojas, also joining the global real estate services firm.
Grau and Hallé set up Magma Hospitality Consulting in 2004, building a highly-successful business focused on hospitality real estate advisory, development and operational advisory. They will build a full service offering at Cushman & Wakefield, which will include capital markets, advisory, development and operator selection, alongside operational hotel advisory and asset management.
